Traditional Values and Innovative Ideas
*I am passionate about community involvement and improvement and serving in this capacity as a Director of Jackson Energy has been an honor.

*I will strive to use my listening, cooperation, endurance, and empowerment skills to enhance the lives of all of Jackson Energy Cooperative's members while addressing the needs of all communities at the table for discussion as a director.

*I will continue to push for Jackson Energy to be fiscally responsible, community-responsive, and transparent.

* Even though Jackson Energy has NOT raised its rates since 2013, I will not vote for any new increases in rates for commercial or residential customers.

Vision
About Me
My name is Tim Bobrowski.
I am a husband, father, poppy, and semi-retired public education educator with 34 years experience. I am dedicated to serving all of our communities. The past eight years I have been the Jackson Energy Cooperative Director for District 7( Owsley County) and have been recently nominated by the nominating committee at Jackson Energy Cooperative to continue serving in this capacity as your board of directors. I have been a teacher, coach, administrator, and superintendent of schools and have thoroughly enjoyed helping others reach their full potential. I strongly believe in education both in what a person learns from books and teachers, but also what a person learns from the hard knocks of life in general. I firmly believe in accurate communications and TEAMWORK while having high expectations of myself and others. I believe in hard work, fairness, and equitable approaches in addressing concerns. Lastly, I believe an effective organization meets the members needs and must always be fiscally responsibility to its members. I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and His loving presence on this earth.
Credentials
Members of the board of directors must be trained. As you can see, I have completed and passed the examination for those required. Each of these pieces of training is a full day of learning followed by examination. Your cooperative has invested in me, and I am investing my new skills and knowledge in my work as your board of directors for District Seven.
